Dennis Swartz

Dennis has been a full time real estate agent and broker for over 23 years, specializing in residential sales. He is a graduate of Franklin University, with a BS in Management. He has been awarded the desiginations of Certified Residential Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, Accrediated Buyer Representative and Graduate of the Realtor Institute. He has spent many years in the education of real estate agents, both at Hondros College and Columbus State Community College, serving as adjunct faculty.

He is experienced in foreclosed home sales as well, representing many prominent lenders in the sale of foreclosed homes, short sale homes, and has done many opinions of value prior to foreclosure. He is qualified from both the lender side and the buyer side, having participated in the sale of more distressed properties thatn most agents.

He is the principal broker and owner of Buyers & Sellers Realty/GMAC Real Estate with an office in Reynoldsburg.
